Thomas JØRGENSEN is member of the Danish Sailing Association's race management committee and is an IRO since 2003. He has experience from the ISAF Youth Worlds 2007 in Canada and is appointed for the 2008 Olympic Sailing Competition. |

Rafael Serrano "Luky", lives in Cadiz (Spain). International Race Officer from 2002 and International Judge from 2004. Race Officer of the 49er Class. Luky has been involved as Course Representative in Athens 2004, 2006 ISAF Youth Worlds (Weimouth); 2007 ISAF World Sailing Championships (Cascais); 2007 49er European (Italy);2008 49er World Championship (Australia) & 2008 Finn GOld Cup (Australia). I am sure that all the competitors and official will enjoy together like the previous youth worlds championships with good and fair races and wonderfull athmosphere between everybody. |

Paul Bastard FRA ISAF Course Rep |
Paul BASTARD, member of the French Sailing Federation, is acting as an IJ since 1985 and as an IRO since 1989. He has a large experience in different types of sailing, being at the beginning of windsurfing in 1979 and having created the Funboard World Cup in 1982. He has been involved in more than 100 national and international events in different classes from boards to transatlantic races, including Olympics in Barcelona (92), preparation of Sydney (99/00) and Athens (02-04) being one of the four Course Representative in these Games. He has also served the ISAF in several ISAF World Championships and ISAF Youth World Championships as RO or Course Rep, including Weymouth in 06. He has missed the ISAF Youth Worlds in Canada in 07 as he was Venue Manager in the city of Montpellier for the 2007 Rugby World Cup in France. In his 'civil' life he his working as Director of the Sport Departement for the University of Sciences on the Island of Corsica, specialized in Sport Management. And he is very happy to be in Denmark this summer, to serve the ISAF, the organisation, but mainly the competitors. |

Annika Ekman SWE ISAF Course Rep |
Annika Ekman lives in Gothenburg, Sweden and is a member of the Swedish Sailing Federation Board. I am an IRO since 1997 and was one of the ISAF Course representative in Athens 2004, I also followed the work in Sidney 2000 on spot. As a part of ISAF Race Managment sub-committe I am special intrest in technical issues. I spent my youth racing together with my sister and cousins and have still a dinghy for fun. Wishing that all competitors and visitors will have a superior experience by taking part in the 2008 ISAF youth wolrds championships |
